Meet the Founder
Rooted in a lifelong love for hospitality, Amitesh “Tesh” Diyal built his career in some of Sacramento’s most respected dining rooms — including Ella Dining Room & Bar, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Piatti Ristorante, and the Michelin-recognized Kitchen Restaurant. As a Level II Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Tesh developed award-winning wine programs and a reputation for making the world of wine feel both elevated and approachable.
In 2020, he launched Wine With Tesh, an online boutique connecting people to thoughtfully curated bottles and honest wine education. That passion grew into Le Tesh Wine Lounge, a cozy upstairs hideaway in historic downtown Roseville where the focus is on community, conversation, and discovery. Guided by the belief that great wine is meant to be shared, Tesh continues to bridge the gap between good people and good wine — one glass at a time.
